I find the "publishing firm" issue a bit perplexing.
I've looked at your book details on Amazon and the paperback say "independently published"...this phrase means the paperback was set-up using KDP print. If your book was truly published with a publisher, the name of the firm should be shown. Although I know some small firms simply make a KDP Print paperback.
Did you pay any money? And if so, what exactly are you paying for? Have you signed any form of contract?
If you are not confident in the technical aspects of self-publishing, there are many people offering paid for services, such as editing and formatting, but crucially you remain in control of the process. Ask for advice on this forum and you will be given details of service providers.
Please confirm if you have control of your book title. Go to the "Bookshelf" tab...is your title listed?
