Why do the royalty listings on the monthly report on the old and new formats differ? For some months the new format shows no entries while the old format (and the monthly summary) show several entries. How can I trust the new format? After October 2016 I only have the new, which is shown to be inaccurate comparing old and new for previous months.

I only ever use the month-to-date report, and I've seen no reason to doubt it.

(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook. Each does one thing well and the other thing poorly.)

Good luck! -- NJ

I believe there was an Amazon announcement some time ago that the old-format report is no longer reliable, and that the new-format report is to be used. But now you have me curious ...

Okay, checked my August old and new reports, and the info is the same.

Whew.
