Countdown Deal

The system says I am not eligible for a countdown deal because other deals are still running. But when I look at current Countdown deals none are running. They have alle expired. How can this be fixed?

Did you do a free promotion (even one day)? You can't do both in one 90-day Select term.

You also can't do more than one Countdown, regardless of the number of days used, in one 90-day term.
