I am experiencing the same issues and Amazon aren't replying to my messages with regards this issue and another!

Normally they are pretty good...!

I have been having the same issue lately. Wicked frustrating! I'm running multiple ad campaigns right now and I can't tell how well they are doing because of this issue! C'mon Amazon! Fix this!

They told me it would be fixed by the end of the weekend but did not give a reason for the issue. The end of this weekend is looking unlikely.

Well, I tried purchasing a copy of one of my own books to see if it would show up on the sales reports, and it has. But I'm still virtually certain there are sales missing, as I've recently received a verified purchase review on a book that I haven't sold a copy of in months. Is there some reason why my own purchase would show up right away but others purchases wouldn't? Or is that just wishful thinking on my part? That review, did it come from a sale made recently that wasn't recorded on my reports, or did it come from a purchase months ago?

People generally do not rush to leave feedback. The person was probably doing some surfing for Christmas shopping, checked their account and realized or saw a reminder to leave feedback.

"KDP reports are experiencing issues and your sales or royalties may be delayed" Is this just a permanent fixture on my screen? I believe it has been on my screen for about a week. This is too ambiguous to have any meaning. KDP reports are experiencing what kind of issues? Your sales or royalties may be delayed by hours, days, weeks, months.... Can we please get some kind of update?

My impression is that the Zon is having a software glitch. These happen from time to time. Recently my reports started showing books given for FREE on a promo, even though I had no promo active. These books got shifted to my real sales after about ten days when they fixed the problem.
However, this latest problem seems much more widespread, longer lasting and serious. Some info on the impact would be appreciated. Such as,
1) Are actual sales being made, but then lost? After one week with this message and virtually non-existent sales reported compared to 10-12 books a day previously, one wonders.
2) If not lost, will sales be updated with a sudden flood on a single day, or will the delayed sales show up retroactively on the day they were really made?
3) Is there a target date for the fix?
4) Any chance this is a result of a hack?

My day job is in Enterprise Software Support. Giving customers answers to these questions is basic for maintaining customer satisfaction.

Ok this is really weird. I decided to try my hand at an audio version of my book. I started up an old computer to download a revised version of my ebook to read from. I received the following message after I purchased the book: In bold green writing " Good News! You saved $2.00 on your purchase." That was followed up in regular black print with " Kindle edition prices differ by country. The price for this Kindle edition is different from the price we originally displayed. This is because you were not signed in when you purchased this item. Since the price in your country was lower than the price originally displayed, we went ahead and completed your purchase." I was signed in, the original price is the price I set, and me and all of my computers are in America. What is going on Amazon?

I agree - when there is a problem, admitting it but providing answers to basic questions eases the situation.

I also think if there was a set target date for a fix, people would feel happier about waiting. The vague banner about 'issues' does not help matters.

I am also glad to have found this thread. I have been told by people they have bought my book but can not see any new sales, Why are KDP not giving us any information on what the problem is. I assume that they have been hacked.
