First of all, YOU are the publisher.
Secondly, statements are under your Reports shown above on this screen.
Third, per the terms you agreed to, which is for everyone, payment is 60 from the end of the month.
November will be paid at the end of January.

As you've been told, here and before, you are the publisher. You were also advised to read the payments Q&A, which you've obviously not done, nor the help pages provided by KDP or the terms explained in the contract you signed. Rather than ask questions no one can answer about your own account, spend some time understanding and learning how to use the many accounting tools available to you under the Reports tab.

As to your book, since you tossed the title out there for no apparent reason, you should not hope for much. You've listed it under Romance, but the cover looks like that of a meditation book and the blurb...well, I don't know what you're trying to say except, maybe, some guy is on carnal journey to happiness. At any rate, it certainly doesn't inspire me to look inside and it doesn't sound anything like a Romance. Not at all.

In the look inside -- not a single bit of dialogue, not one single word. Just an endless flow of narrative about your protagonist, a non-stop info dump, all done without paragraphs. There's no text justification and your sentences end or break off at random. It's all quite unreadable. Maybe your book improves further in, but no one will ever know -- at sixty pages, we only see 4-5 pages of your story.

Since the Kindle edition currently ranks at 1,144,288 it's probable that your sale to friend Srirangan may be the only one to show up in the report you're asking for. But, as mentioned, you can follow your own progress via the tools made available to you.

I have received the the account statement of November as attached below. Please clarify what is the basis of payment of royalty of 2.82$ for 198 books KENP read.
Date Paid Units Sold (eBook) Free Units Sold (eBook) KOLL Borrows KENP Read
November 2017 3 33 N/A 198
Royalty (USD) - 2.82

I'm rearranging your data so it's easier to read.
Sold 3
Free 33
KOLL 0
KENP 198
Total $2.82

You had 198 pages-read through Select. (NOT 198 books read.) Each page-read in the US store pays you a little under half a cent So you will have earned maybe 90 cents from KENP.

The other $2 or so is from outright sales. How much is your book priced for? If $1.99, this is about what you would have earned from 3 sales. (You get zero from free books given away.)

Hope this helps.
