I don't get this:

Kindle Edition Normalized Pages (KENP) Read: Number of pages read by Kindle Unlimited and Kindle Owners' Lending Library readers that qualify for a share of the KDP Select Global Fund. 0 (zero) means that either the book is not enrolled in KDP select, or the book did not earn royalties from the KDP Select Global Fund for Kindle Unlimited or Kindle Owners’ Lending Library units.

All my books are in KDP Select---so that last part is ambiguous. Why didn't it earn anything?

Apparently no one wanted to read the pages.

On the contrary I have over 2000 pages read from several of my books, hence my query why I'm not garnering anything.

Well, royalties on pages that are read in December won't be paid until the end of February. That could explain it.

Maybe so. But I've never noticed (or looked for) anything the following month. I would have noticed I think had something been in the paid column.

Are you talking about what is listed on the Sales Dashboard, Month to Date, or the Prior Months’ Royalties report?
You won’t see any KENP listed in Royalties Earned on the Sales Dashboard. That value isn’t calculated until the end of the month report. It is a new month by then, so the report zeroes out again. Look at your Prior Months’ Royalties report for KENP royalties paid. That is also the report where one can calculate the fractional cent per page read value.
At least, that’s how I see it.

Apparently no one read the pages; many might have, had they but known the book existed . . . . . . :)

I was looking at Month-to-Date.

Month to Date won't show royalty; since, it isn't calculated until the end of the month. That is why it is only listed in the Prior Month's report.
