Is this possible?

I published an ebook through Amazon, then a print copy through Createspace. I now have one review on the ebook, but none on the print. Is there a way to combine them? I've included the search link to show what I mean. The book is titled Elemental Claim.

TIA

If you haven't already done so, allow 5 business days for the two to link automatically.

After that, e-mail Amazon and ask them to link them. Include the ASIN of the kindle version and the ISBN of the paperback.

Apparently you can fill a form in, but I always just e-mail and they do it. They're very quick and they're actually quite helpful. I always thought you had to wait 8 weeks, but in an e-mail they sent me the other day (a response to my asking them to link my books) they said not to wait more than 5 business days.

EDIT: I should add, once the two are linked, the review will appear on both. By the way, the reason they haven't linked automatically (I have this problem) is because they're part of a series, so Amazon have decided the two books have slightly different titles, even though you've probably entered the exact same title and subtitle for the kindle and paperback (Elemental Claim: Volume 1 (War of the Myth) & Elemental Claim: War of the Myth Book One).

You'll probably have this problem every time you add a book to the series. I know I do. I actually asked Amazon in my last e-mail whether there was anything I could do to avoid this problem, but they didn't say there was.

Thank you so much Adam! Is it five days from when they were published or from the review? Also, do you have the email? I've looked under the help button and can't find it.

Cheers and Happy New Year!

Hi, glad to have helped. It's 5 days from when you publish (although, it's only rough really. I don't think the 5 days is set in stone anywhere).

Their e-mail address is kdp-support@amazon.com

They did say in an e-mail they sent me: "The update will appear in 48 hours. Please be aware that it can take up to five days for customer reviews on any other editions to be linked to the Kindle edition."

They seem to like all their responses involving five days by the looks of things. :-)

Wish you all the best.
Adam

Thank you from me, as well. I was having the same issue and appreciate it getting cleared up so quickly.
