For selling books published in US, is the support extended to India?
Given that Amazon printing services are available in India too.

What is the Best way if the target audience is India?

No.

Because neither CreateSpace nor KDP-Print distribute to India, a common solution is to find a local POD printer that can not only print the book but can also list the book on Amazon/IN. It's a common question, so you shouldn't have trouble finding suggestions.

Some distributors, such as Book Depository, sell books everywhere, including India, but shipping costs are often prohibitive. Good luck.

My impression is that Amazon-printed books are either not available in India or else are very expensive. You would probably do better with a local printer.
