Is there something wrong with the Amazon conversion tool? No matter what format I try to upload I am getting the below error:

We couldn't process your file please try again.

Any input would be appreciated.

What formats are you using.

More importantly, what browser are you using.

Chrome seems to work the best for the KDP Bookshelf.

Are there images involved?

Yes same with me getting that error.. I already tried different browser still it doesnt work. I emailed the amazon and i think they are not aware of this

I just did a test upload to the bookshelf of a Raw Word file and it uploaded and converted very quickly.

I set my Word.DOC up for kindle to begin with and I really don't have many problems.

I will post the "Old Faithful" primer on word to kindle (Via Calibre)
