You are right, my content has not been available for purchase in the Kindle Store since about March 5th, 2012. Until this morning, that is. They are just that amazoningly slow. Here is a rough time line:
March 1st: receive email from KDP terminating my account
March 5th: all content is removed from the Kindle Store
March 12th: receive email from KDP reinstating my account
March 23rd: all content is restored to the Kindle Store
So far as I can tell, I did nothing wrong. Even so, out of an abundance of caution, I have removed all of the Steve Pavlina content from my catalog.
A younger Kenny Dill simply could not have summoned the patience and professionalism required to avoid matching bitter curse with bitter curse, and would have proceeded by making public and graphic proclamations colorfully detailing the repeated besmirchment of the once-proud name for each the matriarchs of all of the agents involved. The current Kenny Dill does not quite know what to make of this new, older Kenny Dill. Kenny Dill supposes that he is not totally disgusted. Kenny Dill is done talking about himself in the third person.
In any case, looks like it's back to publishing... This has been a painful and horrible experience, almost beyond words... but it is still beats having to get a f**king job!
