KFC stands for Kentucky Fried Chicken, right? Otherwise, I have no clue what you are asking.

KFC is short for Kindle for PC as in the title

this is the app one uses on a PC to read a Kindle book

This computer had KFPC version 1.9.1

this is the stinker version that will not open a personal document with a double click!

Does the 1.9.3 open Kindle content with a Double click?

I KNEW you would have the answer BigToad, and I was hoping that the 1.9.1 was just a "mistake" ver that would be fixed.

BUT maybe you haven't noticed Toady but we can now COPY up to one page, which is great for me as it will make it way easier for people to provide snagging lists for fine tune.

YIPPEE - just when I was about to give Kindle a miss for going totally feral since FIRE

Stupid fourm!

reply to one post and it ends up on another!

Oh Well....

I will add here that the 1.9.3 version seems to work ok, but I still prefer the one that they had back before this garbage!

I always ike to build my books in Word and "Pre Finish" with Calibre

this makes for a MOBI version of the Kindle book

these "Personal" books would look and act like the Kindle edition in every respect even to the thumbnail Icon in the KFPC Library view

Now all you get is the goofy looking blue book, but thye have jazzed that up a bit B F'n D! :(
