Does anyone use Serif PagePlus x6 (Desktop Publishing and Design Made Easy)? For what it claims to do, it seems inexpensive (less than $100 Aussie dollars).
Apparently the x6 version will, amongst other things, "Produce eBooks in standard EPUB® and .Mobi formats for readers like the Kindle™, tablets like the iPad, smartphones, and for publishing to online book stores. Text and images flow together neatly and adapt to suit different fonts and screen sizes, with your publication’s pictures optimised for efficiency. "

Am wondering if it's worth it just to create mobi files.

I've not heard of it, and I am skeptical of the value of any insta-ebook software.

Thanks, Notjohn. I shall see how much my next Amazon payment is, then decide. If I do get this program, I shall experiment and let you know whether it passes or fails. Julie.
