pretty much alone, because this murdering and mutilating butcher of women was not very popular. He was, however, smart enough to never be caught. That is, not until Sherlock Holmes catches up with him, in my new book:

Striking autopsy photo cover, 19,000 words, 6 illustrations, $4.99

I am surprised that you can get away with using Sherlock Holmes as your protagonist. It also seems to me that 19,000 words is not much of an effort.

Sherlock Holmes is in the global public domain, no problem there.

All the characters created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle are in the public domain. This book also has six illustrations, as well as 18,600 words of text.
