Hello
I like my book better in epub format rather than Word ,I can add hyperlinks to chapters but can someone tell me how to make the Table of Contents page register on the Kindle previewer? Is this even possible or is this something you have to loose with publishing with mac pages?

I haven't used Pages, but perhaps it has an option for manually adding guide items. If this is the case add one of type "toc" that points to the location of the hyperlinked TOC in your book.

If it does not, you can do this by unzipping the ePub (you may need to change the file extension from .epub to .zip) and editing the OPF file manually in a text editor.

You would add the following to the <guide> section of the OPF:
<reference type="toc" title="Table of Contents" href="toc.html"/>

Replace "toc.html" with the filename and anchor (if applicable) for your TOC.
