I would like to see if I can find someone to translate a 12.5k word novella. Its my newest book and would be a great test. What do you charge? I also have no money to hire.
I would like Spanish as Amazon has a site there and it also might sell in South America. I know there are people who hate to read a book in English, so I would like to get a translation.

Sorry, but you can't get anything translated for free. A translator has to be essentially bilingual and be an excellent writer in their own right. They are unlikely to use their skills to help out a stranger for free.

You can always run something through Google Translate, but I do NOT recommend doing so. If you don't know Spanish, you won't know whether it's a decent translation or not by looking at it, so I'll tell you. It won't be a decent translation. There are some ridiculously bad translated-into-English books for sale on Amazon. Do you want your book to be a ridiculously bad translated-into-Spanish book?

Focus for now on getting sales in English--assuming of course your own book is intriguing, well written, and well edited and formatted.
