Hi guys,

Thank you to all who kindly took the time to answer my previous questions. I recently ran an advertising campaign at the beginning of the month, but cancelled it after 1.5 days. Later as data trickled in and to my surprise I saw two estimated orders, but they have not yet gone through. I checked my Sales Report and Month to Date Report and the 2 estimated orders aren't showing. No sale or refund is posting. Could the sales be delayed somehow or something else? Is anyone knowledgeable about these kind of scenarios? Please answer me.

Sales data on the AMS reports can be delayed by several weeks. Also, some orders never convert to sales (payment fails, or the customer cancels the order, etc.).
