Assuming you want a question mark at the end of your sentence above, I would say that is correct.

Does your ad copy or book title contain any words in ALL CAPS? That will kill your ad right away.

I had a couple of campaigns rejected for a RPG game I was promoting with the following reason:

The ad contains inappropriate capitalization.

It took several attempts to work out why it was rejected and I couldn't find any explanation on the KDP forums.

Ultimately, it turns out that Amazon doesn't like capitalisation in the Custom text.

This was rejected:

The Dragon’s Lair is a single player dungeon crawl game. You play a brave Knight on a quest to destroy a fearsome Dragon that threatens the realm.

Changing the word 'Dragon' to 'dragon' was accepted:

The Dragon’s Lair is a single player dungeon crawl game. You play a brave Knight on a quest to destroy a fearsome dragon that threatens the realm.

Edit the text of your ad, taking out non-name capitals where you find them. Because you can now Edit a Rejected campaign, you don't have to do all at once.

What the Zon now demands is something called "sentence case" capitalization. Google that for details.

Even ads that were previously approved and that one copies and modifies are subject to the new rules.

If you are running one of the free promos on one of your titles and you want to run an ad, you can't say anything like, "It's FREE!" Number one, the All-Caps will get the ad rejected and number two, the offer of a free book will get it rejected if it's a limited time offer. They will say that the ad may still be running after the time limit expires and they won't allow that.
