Hi I know this question has been asked before but I can't remember the answer. I have a book up new on Amazon not on Kindle yet and the cover image is not available yet and the listing is reading as "Out of Stock" I know it takes awhile but do you think I have any chance of having this out by Christmas if it only got listed this week. I had it slated to be released the first of the month but there was a formatting error that had to be fixed and that set me back a bit. Anybody have any ideas

I assume you're talking about a physical print book? (I ask because people on these forums are usually talking about Kindle ebooks.)

It will show as "out of stock" until Amazon actually gets stock. If it's a CreateSpace book, then they'll have it as soon as all the final tweaks are made (or within a day or two). If it's another publisher, they'll list it once copies actually arrive (again, or within a day or two).
