I use CreateSpace, and all my paperback editions appear on the IN store, so follow Donna's advice and use that platform instead of the (buggy) KDP Print option. CreateSpace too is an Amazon company, and it is superior in every respect to KDP Print, though some of the advantages don't apply to people living outside the US.
I was able to published the ebook on all domains but when I want to publish paperback option, it does not list the amazon.in domain. I want to publish in this domain as well.
I'm thinking you're asking about being able to supply a paperback version to your Indian customers. This question has come up before, and I think the answer (at that time) was to contract a local print-on-demand shop for that. But, memory is failing me as to where that post was. Googling for
KPD paperback India
or something like that, might find it.
This does not mean you can't still use CreateSpace to do your paperback for other markets, of course.
