Done my click costs, keywords and all that stuff and proceeded to launch two campaigns as a split to check keyword vales.

Less than a day in and both have been suspended because Amazon cannot collect that days money from me $1.18 so account frozen until I sort out the payment.

Problem is it's the same card, bank etc.. that I have had for ages with no problems.

I have checked the IBAN & BIC and they are defo correct.

My question is if it's ok this end what the heck am I supposed to do?

The message I get is "All marketing stops until this is corrected" (or something like that)

Who or what can I do to find out what the "problem" was since it does not say anything specific.

Thanks

I'm assuming you got an e-mail. Reply, politely, to the e-mail, explaining things as you have here, and ask for clarification. Note that you may have to go a round or two of e-mails before someone who can really help you will get on this.

I'm not sure why bank codes would be involved in paying the AMS service, however. They usually want a standard 16-digit credit card number.

I had this happen. It was becaise I received a new card and hadn't activate it. I hadn't realized the old card was going to expire and the new card came in an envelope that looked like junk mail. Could this be a possibility?
