To whom it may concern:

I have recently published two mss as e-books on Kindle. Can you tell me who has the copyright and for how long when self published on Kindle. If you could email I would appreciate it. Thank you very much.

If you are the author, you own the copyright until you die, and possibly longer.

If you don't leave it to someone in your will that can leave it not public domain and also not belonging to anyone alive. So it matters to anyone who would like to keep the book in print.

Did you write the books? If so, the copyright is yours. Hopefully, you claimed that in the indicia portion of your book. How long it lasts? Is it really that difficult to google? I'm not suggesting you get a law degree in Intellectual Property rights...something as easy as reading a Wikipedia article would help you. As to after you've popped your clogs, put it in your last will and testament, same as you would any other belonging.
