If your posts had been about saving the whales, in all bold formatting and with all cap letters, I would have said the same thing.

These forums are to help authors and publishers get their books to market, and to help each other in attaining success once there.

Thanks, it looks much better... and I bet you get a lot more action this way. I didn't mean for your entry into this post to be quite so confrontational, but the way your posts were presented were very "aggressive" for a quiet community like this.

When you yell in a library, you are bound to get some scowls.

All that aside, thanks for posting the link to your book. I hope these forums can help you sell as many copies as possible, and that you have publishing-related experience to share with other users on the forums as well.

Good day to you, sir. :o)

I think I've finished housekeeping. The edit mode is a bit cumbersome

I endeavored to follow your directions to the letter as my cover has 3 key word sentences so I did it 3 ways.

With little defense it was but a jest for sure, I thought I was amongst friends.

You misconstrue my passion for an alarmist’s boast;
some may not feel as secure about our future as a free nation.

The senior citizens that unfortunately lost 90% value with GM stock, like my mother-in-law now our immediate concern,
or those suffering Home Foreclosures that climbed 44% to Record in May,
just may agree more with my pessimistic view of the government in general.

I prefer to err on the side of pragmatic caution as history continues to repeat itself unnecessarily all too often these days, with our only antidote the vote,
and I'm not too sure about the sanctity of the vote anymore!

“Every citizen should be a soldier. This was the case with the Greeks and Romans, and must be that of every free state.”
Thomas Jefferson

thanks again,
EM

There aren't any "take backs" in real life. We can edit posts, but the words are never really erased, not anymore. Somewhere, Google has already stored those words. Even if we forget, they are still immortal.

Also, you don't have to do what I ask. I'm not an admin, you can tell me to jump off a cliff... just not on my post. My post, my guidelines.

Thanks for the google advice.

I come to this place for authoring information. It saddens me to see politics intruding inappropriately here. I do hope that will stop, and that people express their political opinions in the appropriate venues.
