You can contact Customer Support at 'Contact Us' and ask them.
If that fails, try Payoneer.com

Helen,

I don't know what your purpose is, other than to shamelessly plug your website/blog on another of the community forums, but please stop resurrecting old threads and adding pointless comments.

We're authors/publishers here, not customers, and our purpose is to help those who ask for advice.

There are those who have seemingly unlimited reserves of patience and knowledge, and frankly should be charging for their services (Notjohn, Hitch, Donna, Joseph, cdalebrittain, writerbn to name but a few that I always take notice of).

Then there are others who have some knowledge of specific subjects, and we step in to answer newbie questions, and questions in areas where we can help.

By resurrecting dormant threads with inane comments you are making people waste their time reading nonsense, when they could be focussing on answering a new post by someone having a crisis!

If you want to enjoy the community for the wonderful place it is, that's great. But this isn't twitter or facebook. Nobody is going to 'like' you just because you are making yourself visible.

Best wishes. J

(God, I already miss Ward so much I'm crying into my tea!)

hello, I signed up on 28.09 as a writer, I did not sell a single book and now I owe $ 47.99 to amazon, why? I have no place to take them.

There is no charge to publish either an e-book or a paperback. If you ordered copies for yourself, obviously there would be a charge there, but you'd get your royalty.

Also, I'm not sure how you can "owe" Amazon. They'd charge your credit card or other payment mechanism. The only way that I know of to "owe" Amazon would be if you're running AMS advertising and have $47.99 in accumulated clicks that haven't been paid for yet.

Please clarify your situation, and someone here will comment.
