A potential buyer contacted me through a website
of mine and said that he cannot purchase my brook
through kindle or Amazon. When he is taken to my
kindle bookshelf page to purchase one of my two books
The message he receives says, "this book cannot be
purchased from this phone. He has purchased many
books this way. Why is my page on kindle doing this?

He'd probably get a better and quicker answer if he contacted Amazon customer service. :(

Is it an IPhone?

If so, then he needs to buy it via the website (on a desktop). I suppose then he could download it to his iPhone. I never tried that. I always read it on my kindle.

BUT, as the previous poster suggested, the customer should be contacting the Zon since they are buying it from them, not you.
