I'm posting here because I keep getting the same 404 error message when I follow help links and the Contact Us button.

I had a Bookbub on Sept 4th and had excellent sell-thru to the other full price titles, but on the reports, none of the royalties from those sales are being shown. What gives?

Just a thought: I don't know how Amazon brings all of the information together, but possibly there are some electronic errors due to the fires out west where Amazon is. I can imagine that many land wires along whatever routes have fried.

Can you see your Bookshelf with your book(s) listed? It would seem that you're using the wrong log-in.

(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook.)

Good luck! -- NJ

Not many forest fires in downtown Seattle, Donna.
