CreateSpace books are moving to Kindle Direct Publishing

We're excited to announce that CreateSpace is combining with Kindle Direct publishing (KDP), making KDP the single place to publish your print and digital books. This move will allow us to focus our efforts and innovate faster for authors, publishers, and customers.
Once the move is complete, CreateSpace members will be able to access the same great features they use today on KDP, as well as features unique to KDP. CreateSpace and KDP will continue to operate as a single team. Paperbacks will continue to be printed in the same facilities, on the same printers, and by the same people.
We will be in touch with updates and details about the move. If you have questions or concerns, please visit one of the links below.

Key things to know right now

Your CreateSpace books will remain available for sale.

You will continue to be paid royalties, and sales ranking will continue to be calculated and updated as normal at all points during the move.

You can move your books to KDP today.

If you would like to move your CreateSpace books to KDP now, it only takes a few minutes. Click "Get started" below.

We will stop accepting new books on CreateSpace.

In the coming weeks, we'll start automatically moving books to KDP. Once we begin this process, you’ll no longer be able to create new titles or update existing ones on CreateSpace.
