The Kindle Million Club recognizes authors whose books have sold over 1 million paid copies in the Kindle Store (www.amazon.com/kindlestore). Below is a list of authors who have been inducted into the Kindle Million Club.


1. Stieg Larsson: Inducted on July 26, 2010.
2. James Patterson: Inducted on October 26, 2010.
3. Nora Roberts: (books written under her suspense-oriented pseudonym J.D.Robb also included) Inducted on January 12, 2011.
4. Charlaine Harris: Inducted on May 11, 2011. Sales of "Dead Reckoning" pushed her past the 1-million mark.
5. Lee Child: Joined the club on June 01, 2011.
6. Suzanne Collins: Joined the club on June 01, 2011.
7. Michael Connelly: Entry announced on June 09, 2011.
8. John Locke: Amazon announced his entry into the list on June 20, 2011. He is the first independently published author to join the list .
9. Kathryn Stockett: Inducted on August 16.
10. Janet Evanovich: Inducted on August 16.
11. George R.R. Martin: Joined the club on September 19.
12. David Baldacci: Inducted on November 9.
13. Amanda Hocking: Inducted on November 9. Many of her 1 million Kindle books were sold independently using KDP.
14. Stephenie Meyer: Inducted on November 9.
