You can update your cover file whether you upload your own cover or use Cover Creator. If your book has been published, your updated cover art must include the current title and author name.

How to update your cover
You can upload an updated cover file to change the cover art or to make corrections in your existing book’s cover.
- Go to your Bookshelf
- Next to the book you want to update, click the ellipsis button ("…").
- Choose Edit content
- Scroll down to the "Cover" section
- Choose Launch Cover Creator or Upload your cover file to update your cover or upload a cover you already have. Once the content completes the upload process, the message "Cover uploaded successfully" will appear and the conversion process will start. (This can take several minutes depending on the complexity of the file)
- Click Launch Previewer and make sure your updated cover looks as expected
- Choose Save and Continue.
- At the bottom of the Pricing page, click Publish
Once you’ve submitted your updates, we'll review your book again to ensure it meets our content guidelines. Learn more about timelines for updating published books.
