Books can be unlinked on Amazon and on your KDP Bookshelf. Books can only be unlinked on Amazon if they are linked to the wrong book. Public domain books can’t be unlinked from other public domain books with the same metadata.
To unlink books on Amazon, contact us. Provide the ASIN of the eBook and the 10-digit ISBN number of the paperback or hardcover.
To unlink books in your KDP Bookshelf, follow the steps below: Note: This will not unlink the detail pages.

- Go to your Bookshelf.
- Click the ellipsis button ("...") under the BOOK ACTIONS menu next to the book you want to unlink.
- Choose Unlink books. You can link them again if you want.
