The Orders Report shows processed book orders for all your formats and placed orders for eBooks.
When does an order appear in the report?
- eBooks: After the customer's payment is confirmed (within 24 hours of purchase).
- Print books: After the book ships to the customer — not when the order is placed.
All dates are based on the time zone of the Amazon marketplace where the order was made. You can filter by:
- Author
- Book Title
- Marketplace
- Format
- Pricing (Paid vs. Free)
- Distribution
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Date | When was the unit ordered |
| Title | Your book’s title |
| Author | Name of author who wrote the book |
| ASIN | Amazon Standard Identification Number |
| Marketplace | The Amazon marketplace where your book was sold |
| Paid Units | Number of paid units ordered |
| Free Units | Number of free units ordered |
