After you set up your eBook pre-order, you can check the status of your eBook pre-orders on your Bookshelf. Use the table below to understand what each status means.

| Pre-order - Cancelled | Your pre-order is canceled if you unpublish the eBook, miss the submission deadline, or cancel by request. If this is your first cancellation or missed deadline, your pre-order privileges won't be removed (one-time account-level courtesy). If this is your second cancellation or missed deadline, your pre-order privileges will be removed for 6 months across your entire catalog. Privileges restore automatically. If your pre-order privileges were removed before September 2, 2026, your original penalty period of one year still applies. The book is unavailable for future edits. You won't be able to use the same ASIN to set up a new pre-order. You'll need to create a new book setup. |
