The Prior Months' Royalties Report shows summaries of previous months' sales transactions and is generated near the 15th of each month. You’ll see the marketplace, currency, royalty amount, format (eBook, paperback, hardcover), KENP read, and total royalty data.
Colunms you'll see in the report:
Note: List Price, File Size, Offer Price, and Delivery Charge can all change at any time. That means copies of the same book sold throughout the course of the specified time period may have had different values for each of these attributes. Therefore, average values are displayed.

| ASIN | Amazon Standard Identification Number | |||
| Marketplace | The Amazon marketplace where your book was sold | |||
| Currency | Currency of the royalty | |||

| Units Sold | Number of units sold for each Transaction Type | |||
| Units Refunded | Number of units for which a refund was issued | |||
| Net Units Sold | Number of units sold minus units refunded | |||
| Royalty Type | This indicates the royalty for your book | |||
| Transaction Type | This indicates the type of transaction for your book (see below for transaction types) | |||
| Average Offer Price without tax | Average offer price* at which the book was sold to customers during the specified time period. Your offer price can change based on various factors which may include but are not limited to free promotions, Kindle Countdown Deals, or when we sell your book at a lower price to match a third party's price for a digital or physical edition of the book, or Amazon's price for a physical edition of the book. | |||
| Average List Price without tax | Average list price (without tax / VAT) * at which the book was listed during the specified time period. We calculate the average list price using all (total) orders placed for your book, including refunds. Your list price can change when you change the list price of your book or when a gift purchase is redeemed after a price change. | |||
| Average File Size | Average file size* of your book over the specified time period | |||
| Average Delivery Cost | Average delivery charge* for your book over the specified time period | |||
| Royalty | Your earned royalties. For more information on how royalty payments are calculated, please review the and Terms & Conditions | |||
