Manage Your Amazon Music Unlimited Subscription
You can view and manage your Amazon Music Unlimited subscription from Your Amazon Music Settings.
You can manage your Amazon Music Unlimited subscription from Your Amazon Music SettingsYour Amazon Music Settings (Amazon.com full site).
From here, you can make changes to your subscription as needed:
Change Your Payment Method
Update your payment method by selecting Change in the "Payment Method" section.
Note: You can use a credit card, debit card, or the Amazon Store Card as your subscription payment method. At this time, subscriptions can't be purchased using an Amazon.com Gift Card, or be purchased as a gift.
Manage Your Plan
If available, you can change your plan or renewal frequency. Just select from the plan options listed, then follow the prompts. Once you confirm, the updated plan information appears in your subscription details.
Note:
- At this time, Amazon Music Unlimited annual plans are available exclusively to eligible Amazon Prime members.
- You may see an Amazon Music Unlimited for Single Device plan option. You can only sign up for the Amazon Music Unlimited Single Device plan directly from the Settings menu on your Fire TV device, or by saying "Sign up for Amazon Music Unlimited" to one of your Echo devices. Voice sign up is not available on Fire TV.
- If you already have an Amazon Music Unlimited subscription, but want the Amazon Music Single Device plan instead, you must first cancel your existing subscription. There isn't an option to switch to the Amazon Music Unlimited Single Device plan from Your Amazon Music Settings.
