Your KDP account is connected to an Amazon.com account.

To change your email address, password, or other Amazon account information, visit Your Account on Amazon.com. Or visit our Help pages for more information:

Note: Changes to your account information (including name, email address, and mailing address) require an update of your tax information. If you change any of these details, please retake the tax interview in your KDP account.


Where Are My Books?

If you log in to Your Account and don't see your books, you may have logged in with the correct email address but a different password. To fix this:
1. Log out of KDP and Amazon.

2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then close your browser.

3. Open your web browser again, visit Your Account and log in with the email address and password combination you originally used to create your profile and upload your books.
