The KDP Reports Dashboard shows you a snapshot of today’s estimated royalties, sales, and Kindle Edition Normalized Pages (KENP) read. You can also view and download your top-earning books, formats, and marketplaces. Find additional data using the reports and tools in the menu on the left side of the dashboard. Get an overview of each report/tool below along with links that provide more details on each report.

KDP Reports overview

The overview table summarizes the available reports, tools, and statements. Click the title name for a detailed view of fields and filters available for each.

View	What does it shows you?	How often is the data updated?	Is it downloadable?
Dashboard	Today’s top-earning books, estimated royalties, orders, and KENP reads, plus your top formats and marketplaces for the month. You can see a 30-day trendline of orders and KENP reads to monitor trends over time.	The Dashboard page report is updated every 15 minutes. Totals are calculated based on the time zone where orders are recorded (e.g., GMT for Amazon.co.uk), and Kindle Edition Normalized Pages (KENP) reads are calculated in Coordinated Universal time zone (UTC). eBook and Kindle Unlimited (KU) orders will update within 24 hours after the order is placed. Print book orders update within 24 hours after the order ships. The accumulated total of all Kindle Edition Normalized Pages (KENP) read in Kindle Unlimited (KU) can take between 24-48 hours to appear in the Dashboard page report. Please note monthly KENP numbers may change and will be finalized near the 15th of the following month.	Yes
Orders	The number of orders processed. eBooks are considered “processed” once the payment is confirmed, and print books are considered “processed” once they’re shipped. Prior Month's Royalties	Your royalties by month. For prior months, we use the exchange rate on the last day of the month.	This report is updated near the 15th of every month.	Yes
Royalties Estimator	Estimated royalties earned from eBook, hardcover, and paperback sales in a single currency. The exchange rate at the time of payment will be different, so the estimate won't exactly match what you're paid. For Kindle Unlimited, the line / bar shows an estimate of royalties earned from KENP read before the KDP Select Global Fund is announced. This is only an estimate and won't match your actual earnings. To see your actual earnings, check the Prior Months' Royalties and Payment report .	You can expect estimated royalties to update within 24 to 48 hours. This is because royalties appear only after a payment is recorded.	Yes
Payments	Lists payments by sales period. You can filter by marketplace and payment status. Learn more about the Payment report. Currency exchange rates are updated based on the last day of the month. Note: For Expanded Distribution, data is updated approximately 90 days after the end of the month following the month in which the sale was reported.

Download Reports

To download KDP a Report, follow these steps:

1. Go to kdpreports.amazon.com.
2. Select a report type from the menu on the left.
3. Filter the report details by marketplace, author, format, title, and time period.
4. Click Download report button.

Report Filters

You can filter the KDP Reports data using the drop-down menus at the top of the page. The filter options may vary between reports due to the different content each report displays.
You can see all your books in detail and compare up to 10 of them on the Orders, Royalties Estimator and KENP Read reports.
There are several views to help you track performance across titles:

• All Books: It shows the performance of all of your books at-a-glance. You can hover on a date in the graph to see a daily breakdown of your top books by units ordered or KENP Read.
• Compare Books: You can see up to 10 of your books by units ordered or KENP Read. By default, you will see your top books, up to 10.

Press the Reset filters button to return to the view of your top books by units ordered or KENP Read.
