After you set up your eBook pre-order, you can check the status of your eBook pre-orders in your Bookshelf. Reference the table below on pre-order statuses.

Pre-order Publishing | Wait for a confirmation email when your book is live on the Kindle Store. | No. |
Pre-order Live | Check for your live pre-order book in the Kindle store. The book is available for pre-order by readers.
You must re-submit your pre-order if you make changes. |
Yes, you can return to your Bookshelf and make changes to your pre-order, if needed. |

Pre-order Live - Updates Publishing | Wait for the changes to apply and get published to the Kindle Store.
A confirmation email will be sent to you when your eBook goes live in the Kindle Store. |

Pre-order Live - Ready for Release | Wait for your pre-order book to be released/published on the date you set. | No. You cannot make further changes within 72 hours before your release date. |

Pre-order - Cancelled | Your pre-order is cancelled if you unpublish the eBook, miss the submission deadline, or by request. You won't be able to set up pre-orders for a year across your entire bookshelf catalog. The book is also unavailable for future edits. |
