Beta: Kindle Translate

Kindle Translate is Amazon's new AI-powered translation service that enables authors to translate their eBooks into multiple languages and share them with readers worldwide. As a beta participant, you can create fully formatted translations from eligible eBooks in just a few clicks on your KDP Bookshelf to reach new audiences and earn more royalties.

To provide an optimal customer experience, translations created with Kindle Translate are held to the same content quality guidelines as your source eBook. We won’t allow content that is not significantly different from content in another book available in the Kindle Store. For more details, visit our Guide to Kindle Content Quality.

2. How do I know if my eBook is eligible for translation?

If your eBook is eligible, a Translate your eBook option will appear on your KDP Bookshelf. Direct editing of the translated text is not available at this time. You have the option to preview the translations before publishing them.

4. What is the cost to use Kindle Translate and how can I track my sales?

5. How do I create a series for my translated eBooks?

If you translate eBooks included within an existing series, we will automatically create a new language edition series that matches your source language eBook series within five business days after the translations are live.

6. How can readers find Kindle Translate eBooks?
